Blue Cross & Blue Shield provides a variety of health care coverage solutions throughout the USA. Depending on where you live, BCBS offers HMO (health maintenance organization), PPO (negotiated network) plans, PPO plans with an attached Health Savings Account (HSA), and Indemnity plans (non-network coverage).
